A typical group asana practice where we flow through poses like the Warrior pose. I focus on helping each student find their own expression of the posture while building strength and flexibility together as a class.
We challenge ourselves with strength-building exercises like the forearm plank. These moments of effort are where you build not just physical power but also mental resilience. I am there to motivate you through every second.
After the active part of the class, we transition to pranayama. This close-up shows the focus required for alternate nostril breathing, a technique I teach to balance the body's energy and prepare the mind for meditation.
Here, we are practicing a technique to withdraw the senses and turn our focus inward. This is an important step in our classes to quiet the outside world before we settle into dhyaana, or meditation.

About Group Yoga & Meditation Sessions
We keep our group batches small—between 8 to 15 people—so you get actual attention on your form, not just a generic session. Whether you are working on flexibility or core strength, I am right there to guide your asanas and ensure you are practicing safely.
Yoga shouldn't be about chasing perfection or Instagram-worthy poses. In our morning sessions, we focus on what actually works for your body: a solid mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. We start our mornings from 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM, Monday through Friday, giving you a structured routine to kickstart your day.
What to expect in class
Each session is designed to be well-rounded. We balance physical effort with calming techniques:
- Asanas: We hold poses to build strength and endurance, like our plank drills.
- Pranayama: We dedicate time to specific breathing techniques to manage stress and improve lung capacity.
- Dhyana: We end with guided meditation to help you center your mind.
Being a Ministry of Ayush certified instructor, I take safety seriously. You aren't just following a video; you are getting hands-on correction. Whether you are dealing with back pain or just want to get fit, we adapt the pacing to your fitness level.
