Breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. Explore the subtle energy of Prana through our guided, traditional Pranayama Sadhana workshops in Whitefield.

Prana is energy, and energy is everywhere. Science proves it, and yoga allows us to live it. Our workshops on Pranayama help you dive deeper into this fundamental concept.

Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing, is a practice of purification. Each step forward is a stage in your progression, clearing the energy channels and bringing a sattvic state of mind.

Our Pranayama Sadhana workshop is for those ready to deepen their practice. As the Hatha Yoga Pradipika teaches, a yogi must first be established in asana before advancing to pranayama. This image captures the focused energy of our group.

Our workshops are not just about practice, but also about community and discussion. Here, students gather after a pranayama session to share insights and deepen their understanding together.

Yoga can be a powerful tool for respiratory health. Through controlled breathing techniques learned in our workshops, you can strengthen your lungs, improve oxygen flow, and manage conditions like asthma and breath shortness.

The Pranayama Sadhana week for our community begins. This is a time to delve deeper into aspects of practice beyond asana, learning pranayama techniques from both a student and teacher perspective.

Cultivating Sakshi Bhava, the state of the detached witness, is a practice. In meditation, we learn to observe the breath and thoughts without attachment, connecting to our true consciousness.

Today began our week-long Pranayama Sadhana. It is a time for our students to reconnect, address doubts, and delve deeper into their practice beyond asana in a supportive community setting.

In our retreats, we connect with like-minded individuals to explore healing modalities like yoga, chanting, and sound healing. This shared journey inward is a powerful experience.

There are many reasons to start yoga, but with continued practice, the destination is similar: a deeper connection to the self. Padmasana (Lotus Pose) is a classic seat for meditation and pranayama, symbolizing this journey.

About Pranayama & Inner Practices

Our Pranayama Sadhana is not a light introduction; it is a structured, 12.5-hour immersive course held over five consecutive mornings. To ensure a safe and supportive container for this depth of work, we require at least one year of consistent physical practice. We limit our cohorts to 20 students, allowing us to address individual nuances and provide the direct guidance necessary for this kind of traditional breathwork.
