Discovering the art of relaxation is a key part of our training. Here, students use props like chairs and bolsters to support their bodies in restorative poses, allowing for deep release and rest.
"Chidananda Rupa Shivoham Shivoham." The sacred sounds of the Nirvana Shatakam fill the studio as students rest in Savasana. This mantra meditation is a powerful reminder of our true nature as pure consciousness and bliss.
About A Glimpse into Our Classes
In our studio, you will notice that we rely heavily on props like wall ropes and bolsters to support your practice. We focus on safe alignment rather than chasing perfect poses, which is why I often remind my students: 'eradu ottige ettabedi ondondhe' (don't lift both together, one by one). This gentle, step-by-step approach ensures you stay injury-free while you deepen your connection to your breath.
At Pragalbha Studios, yoga is a journey of slowing down. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for a Hatha, Vinyasa, or an Aerial class, our focus remains on mindfulness and alignment. We are located in Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, and our space is designed to feel like a sanctuary away from the city's rush.
