Welcome to Our World of Mindful Movement
Yoga at SAY isn't about perfectly posed pictures. It is about finding strength, calm, and community in the heart of Jayanagar. Come see how we weave breath and movement into everyday life.
Are you feeling stuck in a career that no longer excites you? We believe yoga can be more than a passion; it can be a purpose. Our Teacher Training Course is designed to help you transform your love for the practice into a fulfilling profession, where you guide, mentor, and inspire others.
You wouldn't trust an unqualified engineer to build your home. So why learn yoga from random online videos? We emphasize the importance of safe, expert-led instruction. Our Yoga Alliance certified course ensures you learn the correct alignment and anatomy to practice and teach with confidence and integrity.
Ancient yogis were keen observers of the body. Today, neuroscience confirms what they knew: conscious breathing is a powerful tool for managing your nervous system. We bridge this gap between ancient wisdom and modern science, teaching you how to use your breath to calm your mind and balance your biology.
The journey from "I can't do this" to "this is my new favorite pose" is what our teaching is all about. We believe in progress over perfection. With the right guidance, small adjustments, and consistent practice, you will discover strength and confidence you never knew you had.
Many think yoga props are just for beginners, but that's a myth we love to bust. Props are tools for everyone, helping you find correct alignment, deepen your practice safely, and build strength with purpose. We teach you how to use them to make your body stronger, not sorer.
This is our tribe. This image from International Yoga Day captures the spirit of our community, coming together as one to celebrate this timeless practice. When you join us, you are not just joining a class; you are becoming part of a supportive and vibrant family.
Did you know your breath has a cooling and a heating channel? In yogic science, the left and right nostrils are linked to different energy systems. Understanding this is the first step toward emotional mastery, and it's a core part of the deep knowledge we share in our training.
I started yoga to build physical strength, but I stayed because it transformed my mind. It gave me balance, focus, and resilience. I founded SAY Yoga to share this powerful journey with others, creating a space where anyone, beginner or seasoned yogi, can find their path.
About Featured
If you think you need to be flexible to start yoga, we invite you to leave that idea at the door. At our Jayanagar studio, we use props like wall ropes and bolsters not as crutches, but as tools to help you find alignment safely. Whether you are dealing with a stiff back or a scattered mind, we meet you exactly where you are today.
Our practice in Jayanagar is built on the belief that yoga is ancient technology for the modern nervous system. We focus heavily on alignment-based Hatha and Ashtanga styles. You will not find generic routines here; instead, we teach anatomy and injury prevention, ensuring your practice is sustainable.
Located in Jayanagar 1st Block, our facility is equipped with wooden flooring and specialized rope walls, which allow us to practice Iyengar-style adjustments. This is essential for students recovering from injuries or those who struggle with traditional floor postures.
Beyond daily classes, we run a Yoga Alliance (USA) certified RYT-200 teacher training program. This is not just about poses; it is about learning the theory—why the breath changes with emotion, how to use pranayama to hack your nervous system, and how to hold space for others. We bridge the gap between ancient philosophy and the scientific realities of modern stress, making this a true home for anyone seeking to move from passion to purpose.
Say Yoga
We are a tribe of practitioners, from seasoned yogis to someone simply looking to breathe better after a long day. We started this studio to strip away the ego often found in modern yoga and return to the roots of breath, alignment, and community.
