Step inside my Nandhini Layout studio, where we focus on real progress, not just fancy poses. See the energy, community, and discipline behind every transformation.

This is what transformation looks like. These are not models, but my dedicated students who show up and put in the work. Their progress in strength, flexibility, and confidence is the reason I teach.

Here is a glimpse into our group classes in Bangalore. Students of all levels come together to practice, learn, and grow. You can see the focus and dedication as they move through various asanas, from twists to forward folds.

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a cornerstone of our practice. Here, my students flow through the sequence, synchronizing breath with movement to build heat, detoxify the body, and improve focus.

This is the Ashtanga Yoga Surya Namaskar A, a dynamic sequence of nine vinyasas. I guide my students through each step, focusing on proper alignment and breath control to build a strong and meditative practice.

Arm balances like Bakasana (Crow Pose) require focus and core strength. In this Friday session, you can see my students building the stability and confidence needed to lift off, with my guidance to ensure proper form.

The journey to Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand) is one of patience and strength. Here, I'm guiding my student through the initial steps, using the wall for support to build confidence and proper alignment.

You don't need to be in Rishikesh to master Sirsasana (Headstand). My students in Bangalore are proof that with consistent practice and the right guidance, you can safely achieve inversions and reap their benefits.

The drop back from standing to Wheel Pose is an advanced move that requires trust and spinal flexibility. I guide my students through each step, ensuring they engage their core and thighs to perform the backbend safely.

Witnessing a student achieve a full backbend dropback is a proud moment. This shows the incredible progress that comes from consistent practice and dedication to building both strength and flexibility.

Kapotasana is a deep backbend that requires significant openness in the shoulders and spine. Here, my student demonstrates the grace and surrender that comes with dedicated practice of advanced asanas.

About Our Studio: Student Progress & Class Vibe

What you see in these photos is the result of showing up five days a week. We keep our batches capped at 12 students in the Nandhini Layout studio, which means when you are working on a pose like a headstand or wheel, I am right there to provide hands-on alignment cues to ensure you are practicing safely.
