Pragalbha Studios: A Dedicated Yoga Space in Sahakar Nagar
Step into a sanctuary designed for focus and calm. My studio in Sahakar Nagar uses natural light, wooden floors, and props to support your practice, whether you are here for deep stretches or quiet meditation.
Welcome to our serene and sacred space. I designed my studio to be a sanctuary where you can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. The natural light, wooden floors, and calming energy create the perfect environment for growth.
Our studio is a space for healing, growth, and community. The mats are laid out, ready to welcome students for practice. Every detail is chosen to create a supportive and peaceful atmosphere.
A view of our yoga studio in the evening. The warm lighting and open space create a tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding and focusing on your practice after a long day.
The small details make the practice whole. From the gentle curve of a mudra and the grounding of feet on the floor to the soft aerial silks and the final release in Savasana, every element contributes to the journey.
The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness. Here, a Buddha statue watches over the class, a calm focal point that reminds us of the peace we cultivate in our practice.
About this collection
When you walk into my studio, you’ll notice the wooden floors and the soft light that hits the mats—it is intentional. I’ve set this space up with wall ropes, blocks, and bolsters because proper alignment matters more than just finishing a pose. It is not just an empty room; it is a controlled environment where you can safely explore your range of motion without the pressure of a fast-paced gym.
A Sanctuary for Practice
I built this studio to be a place where the outside world feels a little quieter. The design is simple because distraction is the enemy of concentration. We have ample space to spread out, whether you are here for a Hatha flow, Aerial Yoga, or a slow restorative session.
How We Use the Space
- Alignment Focused Props: You will see wall ropes, bolsters, and blocks integrated into the walls. These are not just for support; they are tools to help you understand how your body moves. If you have been struggling to hold a pose because of tight hamstrings or back pain, these props change everything.
- Aerial Infrastructure: Our ceiling rigging is checked regularly for safety, allowing us to practice inversions and restorative aerial poses in a secure, controlled way.
- Meditation Zones: We have dedicated corners for pranayama and sound healing. These areas are kept clear of clutter to help you transition from the rush of the city into a state of stillness.
Community and Connection
My studio is also a classroom for our teacher training batches and weekend workshops. We start every new journey with a traditional puja to set our intentions. It is a space where people come to learn anatomy, ethics, and the philosophy of yoga, and end their day feeling a little more grounded than when they walked in. Whether you are a senior coming in for chair yoga or a student training to teach, this space is here to support your growth.
Pragalbha Yoga
I founded Pragalbha Studios to create a place to breathe, not just to exercise. My classes are about showing up for yourself, whether you are a complete beginner or looking for advanced teacher training. Come share a mat with us.
