About Group Reformer Classes
In our group classes, we keep the batch size strictly limited to 6 to 8 participants. This isn't a standard gym class where you get lost in the crowd; I ensure every student receives hands-on adjustments and verbal cues to perfect their form on our premium Merrithew Reformer machines.
There is a specific kind of energy that happens when everyone in the room is working on the same movement, breathing in sync, and challenging their limits together. That is what we have built in our Hauz Khas studio. While many people turn to Reformer Pilates for physical results like core strength and better posture, the community aspect of our group sessions is often what keeps people coming back.
Every session is designed to be accessible. Whether you are a total beginner or someone who has been moving for years, the beauty of the Reformer is that we can scale the intensity. We use the springs and the resistance of the machine to support your joints while forcing your muscles to work harder and smarter.
We focus heavily on full-body toning, hip mobility, and spinal health. It is not about how many repetitions you can do, but how much control you can maintain throughout the movement. You will leave these classes feeling taller, more flexible, and more connected to your body than when you walked in. If you have been looking for a consistent, sustainable way to build strength without the high impact of traditional weight training, this is exactly where you should start.
