About The Studio & Equipment
Our studio in Hauz Khas is built around authentic Merrithew Reformer machines, keeping group sizes small at 6 to 8 people so you get proper form correction every time. We moved away from the loud gym vibe to create a quiet, clean space where you can actually hear your instructor and feel the muscle engagement, rather than just going through the motions.
Whether you are here for core strengthening, back pain relief, or just to get moving, the environment makes a difference. We stock premium Merrithew apparatus because it offers the precision needed for safe, effective workouts. Beyond the Reformers, our private studio is equipped with the Cadillac, Trapeze Tower, and Stability Chair, allowing us to cater to specific needs like injury rehabilitation or prenatal support.
We keep the space climate-controlled with specialized lighting and wooden flooring, making it a comfortable place to escape the daily grind. If you are new to Pilates, do not worry about the equipment. Our instructors are there to guide you through every adjustment, ensuring you are not just using the gear, but using it correctly to avoid strain.
