I don't offer cookie-cutter Pilates. My Clinical & Performance Pilates sessions are all about getting specific with what you actually need. Whether you want to recover from pain, prep for a big event, or just feel stronger every day, I take time to figure out what will work for your body, not just anyone’s.
My Approach
Everything is based on ‘Contrology’ - it’s about getting your body, mind, and spirit working together. Every move you do is guided, precise, and safe. This isn’t about pushing you till you break, it’s about building strength from the inside out, without hammering your joints. I use reformer, Cadillac, and Pilates Chair to keep things fresh and challenging.
