- Introductory Apparatus Work: A guided, low-intensity session using the Merrithew Reformer or Cadillac to assess core engagement and comfort with spring resistance.

Everything is based on ‘Contrology’ - it’s about getting your body, mind, and spirit working together. Every move you do is guided, precise, and safe. This isn’t about pushing you till you break, it’s about building strength from the inside out, without hammering your joints. I use reformer, Cadillac, and Pilates Chair to keep things fresh and challenging.
