- Personalized Modification: We use Merrithew Reformers and a variety of props like Magic Circles and resistance bands to scale difficulty. If an exercise feels too challenging, we adjust it immediately.
- Injury Rehabilitation: We frequently work with clients managing back pain or recovering from injuries. By focusing on controlled, stabilizing movements, we help you strengthen the muscles supporting your spine and joints without the strain of high-impact gym workouts.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: Our studio is designed to be a quiet, calming space. We keep our group classes small, limited to 6 to 8 participants, which allows us to provide the hands-on guidance necessary to keep your form safe and effective.
