I believe knowledge is the first step toward better performance. This is where I share my expertise in sports science at marathons, coaching certifications, and brand clinics.

It was an honor to be invited by Sunil Shetty to lead an informational session for the Apollo Tyres New Delhi Marathon. Sharing knowledge with the running community before a big race is always a rewarding experience.

A wonderful morning at the PUMA Go Wild Nitro Meet Up for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. I was thrilled to be part of the panel, discussing training strategies and injury prevention with fellow experts and an enthusiastic crowd of runners.

Presenting to the Nike Ekin community on the science of foot anatomy and stability shoes. It's a privilege to help athletes and industry professionals understand the gear that supports their bodies.

Explaining the design and function of stability shoes to the Nike Ekin team. My passion is helping athletes find the right tools to prevent injury and enhance performance.

A clip from my presentation to the Nike Ekin community, where I discussed the biomechanics of overpronation and how stability shoes like the Nike Structure 26 can help guide the foot into a safer alignment.

Standing with my presentation on stability shoes for the Nike Ekin community. The right shoe can make all the difference in a runner's performance and longevity.

Another look at my presentation on foot anatomy for the Nike Ekin team. Understanding the 'why' behind footwear technology is crucial for making informed recommendations to athletes.

Speaking to a group of aspiring tennis coaches at a certification program for the GPTCA and ATP Tour. My goal was to emphasize the importance of injury prevention and strength training from an early stage in an athlete's career.

A close-up from my presentation on Injury Prevention in Tennis. Having been a tennis player myself, I understand the physical demands of the sport and the common injuries that can arise from a lack of awareness.

Addressing the attendees of the tennis coaching certification program. It's vital for coaches to understand the principles of biomechanics and conditioning to help their players stay healthy and perform at their best.

About My Work in the Community: Workshops & Events

I don't believe in hoarding information behind clinic walls. Whether I am analyzing stability shoes with the Nike Ekin team or providing trackside support at the World Para Athletics Championship, my goal is to teach you how your body functions. When you understand the biomechanics of your sport, you stop guessing and start training with intention.

Education Over Correction

Most of the sports injuries I treat at Enkinetik—from tennis elbow to stress fractures—could have been avoided with better education. My work with brands like Nike and Adidas, as well as coaching organizations like the GPTCA, isn't just about presence; it is about teaching athletes and coaches to identify early warning signs.

Where You Will Find Me

  • Sports Science Conferences: I participate in events like the BRICS Conference on Exercise & Sports Science to stay updated on global research and bring the latest data back to my clinic.
  • Marathon & Trackside Support: Being at events like the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon allows me to provide immediate, on-ground physio support. It keeps me connected to the running community and helps me observe how athletes handle fatigue in real-time.
  • Coaching Certifications: I work with aspiring tennis coaches to bridge the gap between skill training and physical conditioning. I teach them why strength training is a non-negotiable part of a player's career, not an optional add-on.

Why This Matters for You

When I present to the Nike Ekin team on the science of foot anatomy or stability shoes, I am looking at the same data points I use when we do a 3D gait analysis in the clinic. My community work is an extension of my practice. It ensures that the advice I give you is based on broad, real-world experience across different sports and injury profiles, not just what I see in a textbook or a single consultation.

Whether you are a professional athlete or a recreational runner, my approach remains the same: identify the root cause, educate on proper movement, and build a plan that keeps you in the game.

I’m a former tennis player who learned the hard way that recovery is just as important as the training itself. I bring that lesson to every workshop, whether I’m at a marathon expo or training coaches, because I want you to understand the 'why' behind your movement, not just the 'how'.
