I share what I learn from the trenches of pro leagues with coaches and students across India. Here is a look at my recent seminars and workshops.

Receiving a token of appreciation after my TEDx talk. It was an honor to be invited and to contribute to a platform that champions the spread of ideas.

Posing with my speaker award at TEDxVGSYouth. Structured speeches used to be a challenge, so stepping onto this stage was more than just a milestone for me.

A close-up of the TEDx speaker memento. A reminder of the privilege and responsibility that comes with sharing knowledge on a public platform.

My speaker badge from the National Conference on Strength & Conditioning. I am always grateful for opportunities to connect with peers and contribute to the growth of our profession in India.

Speaking at the INSCA conference about the interventions we used with Pro Kabaddi players, such as the French Contrast Method and banded accelerations, to improve speed and power.

Discussing the research, or lack thereof, on the French Contrast Method. I believe in being transparent about what the science says and where we rely on practical application and experience.

My mission is to help professionalize traditional sports like Kabaddi. Here, I'm explaining how we are integrating sports science, technology, and research to elevate the game.

Presenting the current state of research on Kabaddi. I highlight existing findings on anthropometry and injury patterns while emphasizing the need for more quality, sport-specific research.

Addressing a room full of coaches and sports science professionals at the INSCA national conference. Sharing knowledge is how we all grow.

The speaker schedule for the INSCA National Conference. I was humbled to be included in such a distinguished panel of experts in Indian sports science.

About Speaking Engagements & Seminars

When I step into a seminar hall or a gym floor, I do not just talk theory. My workshops—whether for boxing coaches at NSNIS Patiala or sports science students—follow a 40:60 split. We spend 40% of our time in the classroom breaking down real Pro Kabaddi and ISL performance data, and the remaining 60% on the gym floor applying it. You won't just walk away with slides; you will leave with proprietary Excel templates for load monitoring and hands-on experience with GPS units that you can use with your athletes on Monday morning.
