For many women, irregular periods can be a challenge. I guide my students through specific asanas like Malasana (Garland Pose) and Janu Sirsasana (Head to Knee Pose) to help promote a healthy and regular menstrual cycle.
Menstrual cramps can bring a lot of discomfort. In this video, I share three easy, restorative poses using a pillow for support, like Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle Pose), to help soothe cramps and relax the body.

We use bolsters, blocks, and wall support to make every movement accessible, regardless of your current trimester or energy levels. You are not just following a video; we check in on your specific symptoms, like sciatica or heartburn, and adjust the flow to ensure you feel supported rather than strained.
Yoga during pregnancy is about more than maintaining flexibility. It is about creating a safe space for your body to adjust to the constant changes of each trimester. In our sessions, we do not chase perfect poses. Instead, we focus on functional movement that helps you feel grounded and strong.
I work closely with you to manage common symptoms like heartburn, hip tightness, and back pain. We incorporate Lamaze breathing techniques and pelvic floor engagement exercises, which are specifically chosen to assist during labor and aid in postpartum recovery. If you are experiencing water retention or fatigue, we adjust the intensity to match your energy levels that day.
For those planning to conceive, we focus on reproductive health through asanas like Goddess Pose and Bound Angle Pose. If you are already postpartum, our work shifts toward core rehab and gentle re-strengthening. Each session is a 60-minute private interaction, allowing for real-time corrections and modifications. You have direct access to me off-mat for questions about aches or specific modifications. We meet online via Zoom, so you can practice from the comfort of your home in Mumbai.
