About Specialized Coaching for Women
I don't give you generic PDF workouts because your health needs are unique. We focus on functional strength and hormone balance using props like resistance bands, chairs, and light weights—the same tools I use with my clients in Jigani and across Bengaluru. We track your inch loss and recovery progress physically, not just by the scale, ensuring your body is actually getting stronger and more resilient, rather than just losing weight.
Moving Beyond the Quick Fix
Modern life is pushing us toward sedentary habits and processed diets, which hits women’s health especially hard. My coaching is the antidote. I don't believe in quick-fix crash diets or generic exercise routines that ignore the underlying physiological changes in a woman's body.
How We Work Together
Whether you are dealing with PCOD, thyroid issues, or trying to rebuild your strength postpartum, we tackle the root cause. We use:
- Iyengar-style Therapeutic Yoga: To manage pain, improve posture, and regulate your nervous system.
- Functional Strength Training: Using dumbbells and resistance bands to boost metabolic health and increase bone density, which is critical as we age.
- Mindful Nutrition: No starving. We create diet charts based on ghar ka khana (home-cooked meals) that you will actually enjoy eating.
Flexible Coaching Options
I provide both in-person training sessions in Jigani and across Bengaluru, as well as online coaching for those who need consistency from home. Every plan is built after understanding your specific health history. We do 45 to 60-minute sessions that blend strength work, flexibility, and stress management, ensuring you walk away feeling stronger rather than drained.
