About Yoga for Motherhood (Prenatal & Postnatal)
I focus on small, sustainable habits because I know your schedule is dictated by a little one. We use techniques like Mula Bandha for pelvic floor restoration and gentle asanas that take just 10 minutes, ensuring you can rebuild strength without feeling overwhelmed.
During pregnancy, my sessions center on Garbhasanskar and breathwork to manage physical discomfort and prepare your body for birth. We do not aim for complex acrobatics; we focus on gentle alignment and mobility. Postpartum is an entirely different phase that requires patience and grace. My recovery protocols prioritize the pelvic floor and core, addressing the physical reality of birth rather than trying to rush the process of getting back in shape. We work with your actual limitations, incorporating restorative postures that help regulate your nervous system. Whether you are dealing with fragmented sleep or the physical strain of carrying a baby, the goal is true restoration. I also include simple nutritional guidance tailored to this season of life, helping you manage energy levels and support hormonal balance. All sessions are live via Zoom, specifically designed so you can practice from your home, even with your baby nearby.
