In my sessions, we focus on what your body needs today rather than forcing a perfect pose. Whether we are practicing Qi Gong to unblock stagnant energy or using Ujjayi breath to soothe your nervous system, the goal is always to help you leave the mat feeling lighter and more grounded than when you arrived.

Many people come to me feeling drained or disconnected, and my approach uses ancient techniques like Qi Gong and Hatha Yoga to create a bridge back to yourself. In our sessions, we explore how specific breathwork practices can actually help regulate your endocrine system and manage daily anxiety. We meet in partner studios across Indiranagar, Jayanagar, and Koramangala, ensuring floor seating is comfortable for everyone. Each workshop includes the use of bolsters and yoga mats so you only need to bring yourself. If you are specifically looking for help with hormonal balance or stress management, I guide you through techniques like Anulom Vilom or 4-7-8 breathing to help reset your nervous system.
