About Yoga, Breathwork, and Movement

I don’t just teach yoga poses for fitness. My approach is to use movement—whether it’s a Hatha flow or Kalari-inspired drills—as a tool to loosen the body so you aren’t distracted by aches or stiffness when you finally sit for meditation. If you have struggled to switch off during a standard meditation session, this body-first sequence is designed to help you drop into stillness naturally.
