About Workshops for Specific Needs
These workshops are not about perfecting yoga poses; they are about giving you real tools to handle life's heavier moments. In our group sessions, we combine breathwork, sound healing with Tibetan bowls, and art therapy to help you release emotional blocks. Everything you need—from yoga mats and bolsters to paints and canvas—is provided at our studios in Indiranagar and Koramangala, so you can simply show up as you are.
Supporting Life's Transitions
Menopause & Midlife Support I see menopause not as an ending, but as a sacred invitation to return to yourself. These sessions are designed for women in their 40s and 50s who feel their bodies shifting and emotions running higher than usual. We work with restorative poses and breathwork to regulate the nervous system, providing a soft landing during this significant chapter.
Gentle Care for Mental Wellbeing If you are navigating depression or overwhelming stress, please know that you are not alone. My approach uses gentle yoga therapy to help you find stability. We focus on techniques like Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and restorative poses like Child's Pose and Legs Up the Wall to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and gradually lift your mood.
Joyful Connection for Children Through collaborations like our summer camps, I help children explore movement, creativity, and mindfulness. We replace rigid instruction with storytelling and art, helping kids develop focus and confidence in a playful environment.
