About Online Community & Virtual Sessions

Our live Zoom sessions are not just pre-recorded videos; they are interactive spaces where I keep cameras on so I can guide your posture and offer real-time adjustments. Whether we are focusing on fertility support, managing menopause symptoms, or finding quiet through meditation, this format allows me to provide personal attention to your specific needs right where you are.

Healing does not require you to travel or be in a physical studio. My virtual offerings are designed to bring the same level of care and presence that I offer in my in-person workshops, directly to your living room.

How We Connect Online

  • Live Interactive Mentorship: We meet 2 to 3 times a week on Zoom. This is a consistent space for you to practice, ask questions, and receive feedback. It is not about perfect poses, but about finding a rhythm that works for your body.
  • Intention Setting: We align our practice with the cycles of the moon and the start of new seasons. These intentional sessions help us clear old patterns and set clear goals, or 'Sankalpa,' for the month ahead.
  • Specialized Support: My virtual sessions include focused groups for fertility, menopause, and teen mindfulness. You get access to a private WhatsApp channel for ongoing guidance, nutrition tips, and journaling prompts between our sessions.
  • Breathwork and Sound: We incorporate Pranayama and guided meditations that you can easily follow from home. You do not need any special equipment to get started, just an open heart and a quiet corner.

If you have been feeling disconnected or overwhelmed by the noise of daily life, these sessions are an invitation to slow down. We grow best when we grow together, and I am here to walk with you on this path of evolution from within.
