About this collection
My sessions are never about chasing perfect yoga poses. Whether I am using a singing bowl on your feet or playing the handpan, the focus is on releasing the stiffness you carry—physically and energetically. I do not just teach. I create a space where your body’s own pharmacy can take over and start the healing process.
I have spent years traveling across thirty countries, from Morocco to Jodhpur, learning that the need for peace is universal. My work here in Namma Bengaluru and beyond focuses on practical wellness that you can carry home with you. I do not believe in academic rigidity. Instead, I teach how to use over 45 sound instruments—like gongs, rainsticks, and singing bowls—to induce deep relaxation for corporate teams or individual wellness. During a session, we might focus on Hatha flow or Yin yoga, but the core is always sound immersion. I also train others in these techniques because I believe everyone carries their own medicine. If you are struggling with sleep, stress, or just feeling disconnected, my workshops offer a space to breathe and realign. We keep the groups intimate to ensure that everyone feels seen and supported, whether it is a 2.5-hour workshop in a city studio or a weekend retreat at a nature farm.
