My Take On Fitness

Extra time nahi milta hai (you don’t get extra time), you make time. For me, fitness is way more than a hobby. It’s about mental health, showing up even when you’re tired, and proving to yourself that you can handle whatever life throws your way.

What Functional Fitness Means Here

I focus on building real-world strength, stability, and mobility — not just looking fit. The goal is to make your body work better in daily life, using everyday movement training and mind-body functional exercises. We train your body, mind, and spirit together. No shortcuts.

How We Train

  • Strength and mobility workouts: Expect a mix of bodyweight, tires, battle ropes, calisthenics, and animal walks.
  • Athletic conditioning for beginners: High-intensity circuits, partner drills, games like tug-of-war, kabaddi, and relays. The group energy is real.
  • Mind and body connection: Yogasanas, pranayama, and meditation are part of every session. This boosts immunity, agility, and helps you find balance.

Real Talk

We work hard (mehnat), but keep it fun too. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, from first-timers to athletes. Special programs for kids — I get what it feels like to be bullied, so I teach strength and confidence. Apni safety aapki responsibility hai (your safety is your responsibility).

Karna hai toh karna hai (if you have to do it, you have to do it). No shortcuts, just show up and do the work.

My Story

Log kehte hain, 'itni energy kaise laata hai?' Bhai, jab ship pe tha, thakne ke baad bhi, mehnat karni thi toh karta tha. Andaman ke paani mein raat ko swimming practice, dar bhi lagta tha, par karna tha. Bully bhi hua hoon, isliye bachhon ko anti-bullying sikhaata hoon. 'Om' naam sirf naam nahi hai, inner peace aur strength ka sign hai. Yoga se hi hoga - body aur mind ka connection.
