I help kids build strength, confidence, and real self-defense skills. We don't do boring drills here; we mix high-energy functional training with anti-bullying lessons so they stay engaged.

Look at these happy faces. I make sure our kids' sessions are full of energy and fun, because training is more productive when you enjoy it. This is from one of our weekend summer camp batches.

Speed and agility drills are a core part of our kids' program. We turn exercises into games, so they learn essential motor skills while having a great time.

Here, I am teaching young members basic wrestling and self-defense holds. It's a safe and controlled way for them to understand body mechanics and build practical strength.

Our kids' classes are a mix of everything. You can see them doing crab walks for core strength, animal flow for mobility, and basic boxing drills for coordination.

This was boxing day during our self-defense workshop. I teach girls the fundamentals of punching and footwork, giving them the confidence that comes from knowing how to protect themselves.

A look back at our summer camp. The session includes everything from boxing pad work and grappling games to calming meditation, providing a complete mind and body workout for the kids.

This is a highlight reel of our little warriors. They are doing partner leg exercises, battle rope training, and even pranayama to cool down. We build complete athletes.

Pranayama, or breathwork, is essential. I teach kids how to breathe correctly to increase lung capacity, improve focus, and stay calm under pressure, both in training and in life.

Who says you can't train your mind and body at the same time? Here, our students hold a plank position while playing chess, a unique drill to build mental and physical endurance.

We celebrated India's historic Chandrayaan moon landing the best way we know how. By doing burpees. It was a proud moment for us, and we channeled that energy into our training.

About Building the Next Generation: Kids' Fitness & Confidence

We don't just make kids run laps. You might find them holding a plank while playing a game of chess, or learning how to fall safely during a heated round of tag. This is how I teach them to keep their head and focus even when they are physically exhausted, building the mental toughness to handle pressure outside the gym.
