Yoga is for everyone. One of our youngest members showing great form and focus in Vrikshasana, the tree pose. It's never too early to start building balance and concentration.

A student works on his Chakrasana, or wheel pose. This is an excellent asana for improving spinal flexibility and opening up the chest and shoulders.

Here, a student demonstrates a bridge pose, a foundational yoga posture for strengthening the back and glutes. We focus on proper form to build a strong base.

About Mind-Body Balance: Yoga & Meditation

I don't teach standard, slow-paced yoga; we use it as a recovery and conditioning tool after high-intensity training. You will work on your breathing (pranayama) to lower your heart rate and hold asanas to improve mobility, making it the perfect cool-down after a tough MMA or functional fitness session in our Sector 46 studio.
