About Mind-Body Balance: Yoga & Meditation
I don't teach standard, slow-paced yoga; we use it as a recovery and conditioning tool after high-intensity training. You will work on your breathing (pranayama) to lower your heart rate and hold asanas to improve mobility, making it the perfect cool-down after a tough MMA or functional fitness session in our Sector 46 studio.
Why Yoga Matters for Real Strength
Many people think yoga is just about flexibility, but that is a mistake. In my academy, yoga is a core pillar of performance. When you train in MMA, boxing, or functional fitness, your body takes a beating. Yoga is how we repair, reset, and prepare for the next round.
The Method
My approach is practical. We focus on:
- Mobility & Joint Health: We use postures to open up tight hips, shoulders, and spines, which are common stress points for athletes.
- Breath Control (Pranayama): This is non-negotiable. If you cannot control your breath, you cannot control your body under pressure. We use breathwork to lower cortisol levels and calm the nervous system after a intense workout.
- Mental Focus: I teach meditation not just for relaxation, but to build the grit required to stay calm when things get difficult.
Who is this for?
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to improve your posture, or an athlete needing better recovery, my classes are designed to build a body that works well and a mind that stays sharp. We train in a residential setting in Sector 46, Gurugram, on puzzle mats with natural ventilation. It is simple, it is effective, and it works. Karna hai toh karna hai, so show up and put in the work.
