About this collection
Sunday sessions here are about more than just sweating; they are about competition. When we pull on the rope for tug-of-war, you aren't just working your lats and grip—you're learning how to coordinate with a team under pressure. It is functional strength disguised as a game, and it is the most effective way to keep your heart rate up without staring at a clock.
I focus on moving the body the way it was designed to move. In our group games, we ditch the machines and treadmills. Instead, we use tires, battle ropes, and relays because these exercises build practical strength—the kind that helps you in daily life.
Why Games and Drills?
When you are playing Kabaddi or a relay sprint, your mind shifts. You stop counting reps and start focusing on the goal. This creates a different kind of intensity. For kids, this is crucial. It builds confidence and teaches them how to handle a win or a loss without ego. It is about resilience. If you fall, you get up and run again.
What to Expect
- Team Dynamics: Games like tug-of-war require communication and synchronized effort. You learn to trust the person next to you.
- Agility & Coordination: Partner drills and obstacle courses force you to react quickly, improving your motor skills.
- No Ego: The goal here is improvement, not showing off. Everyone from beginners to athletes trains on the same puzzle mats in our Sector 46 studio.
We train in a naturally ventilated environment—no AC, just fans and hard work. Whether you are looking for an anti-bullying program for your child or a functional conditioning routine for yourself, the approach remains the same: show up, put in the work, and find your strength.
Om BJJ & MMA Academy
I am Om. I started this because I know what it feels like to be bullied, and I know how training can change a child's entire outlook. My approach is simple: we work hard, we play hard, and we build confidence through movement. No ego, just results.
