Stop overthinking and start doing. Whether it's ground and pound on the bag, partner pad work, or sparring, the only way to improve is through consistent practice.
Enjoying the process is key. Here you can see our members practicing Muay Thai kicks and boxing combinations, all with smiles on their faces. Progress comes faster when you love what you do.

About this collection
This isn't just a workout where you punch the air for an hour. Here, we drill with purpose—using pad work, heavy bags, and controlled sparring to make your movements instinctual. You will learn how to throw strikes with proper form and, more importantly, how to defend yourself effectively if the situation ever demands it.
We do not do fake moves here. When you train boxing and Muay Thai at our academy, you are learning how to use your hands, elbows, knees, and feet in ways that actually work in real scenarios. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced fighter, the focus remains the same: discipline, technique, and repetition.
Many people start with the idea of just getting fit, but what they find is a shift in mindset. You learn to stay calm while someone is throwing strikes at you. You learn to control your breath and your reactions. We combine traditional pad work with high-intensity drills, ensuring that your striking becomes instinctual.
We train on puzzle mats in our Sector 46, Gurugram studio, creating a space where the ego is left at the door. Parents appreciate this for their kids, and adults appreciate it for their own training. If you are looking to get into shape, learn effective self-defense, or simply find a group of people who push you to be better, this is where you start. If you have the will to show up and do the work, I will handle the technique.
Om BJJ & MMA Academy
I have spent my life learning how to stay ready, and I teach the same to everyone who walks onto my mats in Sector 46. It is not about ego or being the toughest guy in the room; it is about having the skills to protect yourself and your family. If you show up with the will to work, I will handle the technique.
