Functional Strength and Conditioning
We move away from fancy machines to build real power. Here you learn to use your body for daily life through animal flow, tractor tires, and intense conditioning drills.
Stronger, smarter, faster. There are no shortcuts to real improvement. This is me working on my own conditioning with shadow boxing, heavy bag kicks, and burpees.
Two of my students holding a plank while playing chess. This is a perfect example of how we train the mind and body together, building focus and endurance simultaneously.
The "Sally Up" push-up challenge is brutal but effective. It tests your endurance and mental grit. The goal is to enjoy the burn, because that's where growth happens.
We love a good challenge. Here, our members, both kids and adults, participated in a burpee challenge to test their conditioning and mental toughness.
Train hard, fight easy. This video shows a mix of our conditioning methods, from resistance band ground-and-pound on a punching bag to boxing sparring and grappling drills.
About this collection
We do not use machines here. You will be flipping tractor tires, handling heavy battle ropes, and practicing animal flow movements on puzzle mats. It is a no-nonsense environment where we focus on discipline over ego, and every high-intensity circuit ends with guided Yoga recovery.
This is not a gym where you come to stare at a screen. You come here to do the mehnat, which means hard work. Our functional conditioning sessions focus on movements that translate to life outside the studio, using tractor tires for power, battle ropes for endurance, and bodyweight drills like burpees or bear crawls for stability. The mental side is just as important as the physical. I include motivational talks during our workouts because staying consistent is the hardest part. You will learn to manage your ego and focus on the process rather than just the result. Every session follows a strict structure: warm-up, intense circuits, and then a mandatory cool-down with Yoga postures and Pranayama. This ensures you leave the studio feeling balanced, not just exhausted. We are located in a naturally ventilated studio in Sector 46, Gurugram, and we keep the vibe ego-free. If you want to build a body that can actually perform, show up and put in the work.
