Wrestling day is always about enjoying the grind. We practice takedowns and control with fun, dynamic drills that build real, functional strength and skill.

More Sunday fun with wrestling drills. The goal is to make the training so enjoyable that you don't even notice how hard you're working.

This is what it's like to train at Om Jiu-Jitsu. One moment you are wrestling, the next you are boxing. We train for every aspect of a fight.
