Quarterly Strength & Functional Access
Training Scope
Unlimited entry to the full roster including Strength & Conditioning (SNC), StrikeZone, Primal Flow, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes run 6 days a week (Morning and Evening) with no visit caps. Sessions are 60 minutes long, combining mobility, strength work, and metabolic conditioning.
Facility Specs
Training takes place in a high-ceiling, industrial-style warehouse with mat flooring. The space uses natural ventilation (fans only, no AC). Equipment is purely functional: Olympic barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, battle ropes, and plyometric boxes. There are no electronic cardio machines.
Coaching & Terms
Includes specific attention to form cues for primary lifts (Deadlifts, Squats, Overhead Press) during the first 4 weeks. Includes a one-time progress review between weeks 4 and 6. A strict 7-day membership freeze is available for travel or illness.
Annual Lifer Membership
Comprehensive Access
Year-long unlimited entry to all specialized formats including CrossFit-style circuits, Powerlifting focus, and Combat sports. Includes priority booking specifically for high-demand BJJ or evening peak-hour SNC classes.
Programming Strategy
Structured programming resets every 3 months to prevent plateaus, alternating between Strength and Endurance cycles. Includes logbook assistance to track Personal Records (1-Rep Maxes) on major compound lifts throughout the year.
Perks & Policy
Access to the 'Simple Indian Diet Guide' and habit checklists to align nutrition with training. Includes a generous 30-day freeze policy (splittable) designed to accommodate festival seasons or long vacations.
1-on-1 Skill Development Pack
Coaching Focus
Includes 12 sessions of 60 minutes each with 100% dedicated coach attention. Training is customized strictly to user goals, such as technical correction for Barbell lifts (Snatch/Clean & Jerk) or high-intensity Boxing/Muay Thai pad work.
Usage Constraints
Strict 30-day validity period designed to enforce a frequency of ~3 sessions per week. Unused sessions expire after 30 days. Slot booking is available between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Hybrid Access
Includes the ability to join standard group classes on non-PT days during the validity period.

Why I Do This
I ditched the corporate life to build OctaFit, because fitness for me isn’t about just looking ripped. I want people to get strong in ways that actually help them in life. Our motto says it all: Train. Fight. Evolve. (ಟ್ರೈನ್. ಫೈಟ್. ಎವಾಲ್ವ್.). No shortcuts, no drama, just real sweat.
Our Training Style
We keep things fresh with a mix of group strength and conditioning, lifting basics, and functional movement training. You’ll see squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and overhead presses in every program. It’s always coach-led, so you get feedback on form with every rep, no matter your level.
Sessions jump between HIIT group workouts and circuits, so you’ll burn fat, build muscle, and finish fast. We use battle ropes, kettlebells, and lots of bodyweight drills. Everything’s built to help you move better out there, not just look good in the mirror.

This isn’t a headphones-and-leave kind of gym. We train together, push together, and back each other up. The energy’s nuts. From day one, you’ll feel like you belong.

My Story
OctaFit started outta my own mess. Left a cushy Philips job in Germany, chased jiu-jitsu, broke my neck, almost quit. But somehow, I bounced back. Skipped surgery, built this gym so I’d never run away from my passion again. It’s not just about lifting weights here. Sometimes my pet iguana’s chilling in the corner, sometimes we’re rolling on the beaches at our BJJ beach camp in Andaman. Real people, real stories, no filters.
