Build Real-World Strength

My programs are built on the foundations of lifting: squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and overhead presses. I provide coach-led feedback on every rep to ensure proper form and help you build lean muscle and true functional strength.

High-Intensity Functional Training

My sessions mix HIIT group workouts and circuits to burn fat, build muscle, and improve how you move in everyday life. We use a variety of equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells, and agility drills to keep the training dynamic and effective.

Train Like a Fighter

I offer training in various combat sports including Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Muay Thai. These sessions are not just about fighting, they build mental toughness, discipline, and an incredible level of conditioning.

My Story & The 'Why'

I left the corporate world to build OctaFit after a career-changing injury because I believe in real, hard-earned fitness. My philosophy is simple: Train. Fight. Evolve. No shortcuts, just the discipline to become the strongest version of yourself.
