Featured Training & Community at OctaFit
We don't do vanity mirrors or generic machines. Here, we build functional strength and mental toughness in an environment where strangers become teammates.
It takes courage to win, not just in the gym, but in life. My training is designed to build that courage. We combine steady-state cardio with high-intensity interval training in every session, burning up to 1000 calories and forging a mindset that doesn't quit.
This is what our community looks like after a tough workout. We are a group of individuals from all walks of life who show up, put in the work, and support each other. This is our fit family.
Real strength is built one rep at a time. Here, we focus on mastering fundamental lifts like the deadlift with proper form and consistency. It’s not about ego, it’s about getting stronger and preventing injury for the long haul.
This is a staple in our circuit training: kettlebell swings plus sprawls. This combination builds explosive power, cardiovascular endurance, and full-body strength. It’s a quick and brutally effective way to improve your overall conditioning.
Muay Thai is a core part of our combat fitness program. It's an intense, full-body workout that sculpts the body, sharpens the mind, and builds incredible self-discipline. One session can burn over 1,000 calories while teaching you a powerful martial art.
I left a corporate career to start OctaFit because my passion is helping people discover their true strength. After a neck injury forced me to quit Jiu-Jitsu, I recovered and built this gym to share my love for combat sports and strength training. This is my story.
Our circuit training sessions are designed to push your limits and deliver results. Using tools like battle ropes improves cardiovascular health and builds muscular endurance across your entire body. This is how you get fit for real life.
The greatest version of you is the disciplined version. Fitness is not just about what you can do, but also about what you choose not to do. Discipline is freedom, and the grind never quits.
About Featured
This is a raw, industrial-style gym in JP Nagar where we prioritize functional movement over aesthetics. Whether you are swinging a kettlebell or learning a BJJ takedown, you get active coaching on form during every rep. We do not do 'gym-bro' culture; we do discipline.
At OctaFit, we don't believe in quick fixes or shortcuts. Our training philosophy is simple: Train. Fight. Evolve. We have stripped away the fancy cardio machines and air conditioning to focus on what actually creates results—barbells, battle ropes, and mat work.
Why We Train This Way
Our programs are designed for people who want to be capable, not just look fit. We mix Strength and Conditioning (S&C) with martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, and Boxing. This hybrid approach ensures you build explosive power and endurance while learning real-world self-defense skills.
The Facility
Located in JP Nagar, our space is a functional warehouse setup. It’s built for heavy lifting and high-intensity circuits. We focus on compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses, ensuring your body is prepared for real life. If you are looking for a place to put on headphones and hide in the corner, this isn't it. Our community is built on interaction, mutual support, and, most importantly, accountability.
What To Expect
Whether you are a complete beginner or a pro, you fit in. We maintain separate groups and provide dedicated attention to ensure you don't just go through the motions. You will learn the technical nuances of your movements, whether you are correcting your snatch form or locking in a kimura. It is about the grind, the commitment, and becoming the strongest version of yourself. ට್ರೈನ್. ಫೈಟ್. ಎವಾಲ್ವ್. (Train. Fight. Evolve.)
