Standard 12-Session Monthly Pack
Core Training
- 12 one on one sessions (approx 60 mins each) with Mark or senior coach.
- Choose between Strength & Conditioning (Barbells/Kettlebells) or Skill based Combat Training.
- Strictly valid for 30 days to ensure 3x weekly frequency.
Membership Bonus
- Includes full access to gym floor and group classes (Octa Burn, StrikeZone) even on non PT days.
- Unlimited use of Olympic barbells, bumper plates, squat racks, and BJJ mats.
Facility & Amenities
- Warehouse environment with high powered industrial fans.
- Note: No central AC; this is a functional training space.
- Basic functional changing rooms and street parking available.
Intensive 20-Session Athlete Pack
High Volume Coaching
- 20 private sessions designed for accelerated fat loss or sport specific conditioning.
- Valid for 45 days.
- Ideal for athletes requiring explosive power drills or advanced pad work.
Advanced Programming
- Includes informal tracking of Personal Records (PRs) on lifts.
- Focus on mental toughness drills and pushing past failure points.
- Includes basic Indian diet guide and habit checklist.
Access & Perks
- Priority booking for prime time slots (6 AM to 10 AM / 6 PM to 9 PM).
- Full access to group classes and exclusive mat time for mobility work.
Single Session Drop-In
Session Specifics
- 60 minute dedicated slot for 1 on 1 attention.
- Focus entirely on technical cues (e.g. deadlift alignment, boxing stance) or a high intensity circuit trial.
Access & Assessment
- Includes brief consultation on fitness history and realistic goal setting.
- Access to facility and equipment is restricted to the duration of the booked session only.
- No extended gym membership included.

I started OctaFit because I’m not here to sell shortcuts or magic fixes. The grind is the goal. Personal training with us means showing up for yourself, building discipline, and putting in real work that sticks. There’s no crowd, just you, your coach, and your goals.

My Story
OctaFit started outta my own mess. Left a cushy Philips job in Germany, chased jiu-jitsu, broke my neck, almost quit. But somehow, I bounced back. Skipped surgery, built this gym so I’d never run away from my passion again. It’s not just about lifting weights here. Sometimes my pet iguana’s chilling in the corner, sometimes we’re rolling on the beaches at our BJJ beach camp in Andaman. Real people, real stories, no filters.

All-in-one Martial Arts & Fitness - Boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, CrossFit, Calisthenics, Strength & Conditioning, Weightlifting, plus kids and senior programs.
Unconventional Training - No fake stuff. We mix martial arts and functional fitness. It’s about pushing limits, not posing for Instagram.
