Here is our weekly class schedule. We offer a mix of Circuit, Boxing, Body Pump, Muay Thai, BJJ, and S&C classes in the mornings and evenings.

Our sessions are not for the faint of heart, as a single hour can burn over 1000 calories, tracking real output in every workout. Whether you are here for BJJ, Boxing, or strength work, our weekly schedule covers you from Monday through to Sunday morning so you never miss a beat.
Consistency is the only shortcut to getting fit. That is why our weekly roster, covering Circuit, Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, and Strength & Conditioning (SNC), is designed to keep you locked in. Classes run in the morning and evening, giving you flexibility to train around your work day. We even run Sunday sessions for those who missed a weekday grind.
We do not just guess progress here. We log your lifts, track your technique, and push your conditioning until you see a change. Real members, including those travelling 20+ kms to train here, prove that the drive to evolve outweighs the distance. When you join, you are not just picking a time slot, you are stepping into a cycle of training that actually works.
