A Glimpse Into My Movement Journey
People often ask me how I balance being a physiotherapist, a fitness coach, and a mom. This isn't just about work—it's about the movement culture we’ve built at Body Edit Fitness. Here’s a peek behind the scenes at our clinics, our studio, and a throwback to my journey on screen.
A fun throwback to my appearance on Suvarna Super Star Season 2. I had the opportunity to talk about my work as a physiotherapist and fitness coach on a big stage.
With a fellow physio who also shares a passion for dance. It's great to connect with colleagues who understand the importance of staying active and creative.
About A Glimpse Into My World
Many clients come to us expecting clinical, cold environments, but at Body Edit, we do things differently. Whether we’re recording for a TV segment or working with a stroke survivor at home, our philosophy remains the same: no electrical gadgets, just purposeful, hands-on movement. It’s about building a connection with your body rather than just treating symptoms.
We believe that the best therapy happens when you understand your own body mechanics. That’s why you won't find machines or electrical stimulators gathering dust in our clinics at Padmanabhanagar, Anjanapura, or Chamarajpet. Instead, my sessions are entirely manual and movement-based.
When I started my studio back in my second year of college, my goal was simple: make healthy living accessible. Whether you are dealing with post-surgery stiffness, chronic back pain, or simply looking to improve your sports performance, we use TRX, resistance bands, and functional training to help you get back on track.
Our 'tribe' includes everyone from beginners to competitive athletes. We don't believe in quick fixes or starving yourself; we believe in a sustainable way of living. If you’ve seen me on Suvarna Super Star, you know that I talk about movement with the same passion I use during 1-on-1 rehab sessions. It’s not just a professional qualification; it’s a lifestyle we cultivate together.
If you’re looking for a physiotherapist in Bengaluru who genuinely listens to your pain points and builds a roadmap with you, let’s chat. We offer everything from specialized home-visit rehab for stroke or post-op cases to group dance and fitness classes that make getting stronger actually fun.
