Behind the White Coat
Physiotherapy is more than just a clinical service; it is a partnership in your recovery. Here is a look at my personal journey, the experiences that shaped my practice, and what truly drives my dedication to your health.
Life takes a full circle. In 2014, an employer fired me, which inspired me to start my own work. In 2023, the same employer wants me to head his clinic. I am thankful for that push.
This year, I am celebrating a new me who is patient, calmer, and collaborates to create win-win situations. I'm celebrating my journey from a young woman figuring out life to an entrepreneur balancing it all.
Two years ago, I started my own physiotherapy clinic. I was excited but scared. It has been a journey of humility, learning, and making a difference in the lives of my patients.
A quick reintroduction. I'm an orthopedic physiotherapist, certified nutritionist, and mother. I have worked in the US, with the Delhi Commonwealth Games, and have a passion for helping people heal.
Just checking if photos still work. A friendly hello from my clinic, where I'm ready to help you with your joint and spine aches.
In my Girl Boss era. Proud to be a 'mompreneur' and run a practice dedicated to healing and patient care.
A look back at my journey. From speaking at conferences to working on my laptop, every step has been part of building my dream of serving patients with love and care.
I believe AI-powered tools can fill gaps, but they can't replace the human touch, critical thinking, and empathy of a physiotherapist. True healing power comes from human connection.
Speaking at a conference, sharing my knowledge and passion for physiotherapy. I believe in testing your horizon to see how far you can fly.
Addressing a hall full of peers and students. It is a privilege to educate the next generation of therapists and contribute to the evolution of our field.
About Behind the White Coat
When I started my own clinic in New Rajinder Nagar two years ago, I wanted to create more than just a treatment space; I wanted to build a safe harbor for patients. My professional path, from serving as a doping control officer at the Delhi Commonwealth Games to managing complex orthopedic patients in the US, taught me a vital lesson: true recovery is as much about the human connection as it is about the specific technique.
My philosophy, 'Motion is lotion,' wasn't born in a classroom. It was forged through years of clinical practice and observing how patients respond when they feel truly understood.
The Path to My Practice
Before 2020, I spent years working in diverse, high-pressure environments—including a stint in Florida, US, in an outpatient orthopedic setting. I had the privilege of observing live total knee and hip replacement surgeries at Apollo Delhi, which gives me a very precise, confident approach when treating patients today.
Why I Do This
I didn't initially plan to be a physiotherapist, but life steered me here. Whether I am teaching a stroke survivor to regain their fine motor skills or guiding a senior through balance training, my focus remains the same: empowering you. I don't just want to fix a current issue; I want to teach you the exercises so you can maintain your health independently at home.
A Partnership in Healing
I believe in transparency. When you visit my clinic or I visit you for a home session, you won't get a generic plan. We will look at your history, your MRI or CT reports, and your movement patterns together. I am here to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and everyday life, ensuring you don't just survive your condition, but thrive despite it. If you have questions about my background, my techniques, or how we can start your recovery journey, let's talk.
