Real Life, Real Fitness: Balancing Momhood and Health
I am a coach, but I am also a mom, a wife, and a person with a messy house. This is a peek into my world, where fitness and family life coexist beautifully.
A quiet outing with my family. These are the moments I cherish. Taking time to relax and connect is just as important as any workout.
A short outing never disrupts your harmony or hormones. Celebrating my son's second birthday with a small vacation. Yes, coaches have fun too!
Fit together, stronger forever. When couples move together and lead with health, they build stronger families. It's about having more energy for your kids and setting healthy habits for life.
These are my "choti choti khushiyan" (small joys). Keeping my essence intact with love, peace, and health, alongside my husband.
Rebinding in memories for a comeback. A family picture with my husband and son. These moments fuel my motivation.
Just me and my little one. These are the precious moments that make all the hard work worth it.
Close by my side. A family photo from a beautiful day out. Being active together is one of our favorite things to do.
A candid moment with my husband and son. It's the little things, like holding hands and exploring together, that mean the most.
Finding my balance, both in fitness and in life. A happy moment from a family outing.
Our 7th-anniversary trip. Life is a beautiful mix of family, work, food, and travel, and I'm grateful for all of it.
About A Glimpse Into My World
You see these photos and might think it is all perfectly managed, but that is rarely the case. My journey back to strength happened right in the middle of a messy house and a chaotic toddler schedule. I do not believe in gym marathons or skipping rotis; I believe in the 'routine set hai' approach—fixing your sleep, hydration, and movement in small, realistic 30-minute blocks that work for you, not against you.
Being a mom often means putting yourself last, but I found that choosing myself every day actually made me a better parent. When I hit 70.1 kg after delivery, the struggle was real—brain fog, exhaustion, and total loss of identity. I did not fix it with crash diets or complicated routines. I fixed it with consistency.
My Approach: Fitness That Fits
My coaching is based on the simple reality that you do not need hours to get results. Whether you are recovering from a C-section or just trying to get back on track after a long break, my plans are built for:
- Ghar Ka Khana: We use your existing family menu—rotis, rice, dal, and sabzi. No expensive superfoods or kale required.
- Time-Compressed Training: We use supersets to pack a full workout into 30 to 40 minutes. It is efficient, effective, and keeps you moving.
- Sustainable Habits: We track sleep, hydration, and daily movement. That is where the real change happens, not just in the gym.
Can We Really Do This?
Karnesehoga (it will happen if you do it). I get the new mom struggles because I am living them. If you feel like your routine is non-existent, that is exactly where we start. We do not aim for perfection; we aim for one extra glass of water today or one short walk tomorrow.
My clients are women balancing careers, homes, and little ones. We work on sustainable weight loss, PCOS management, and simply feeling strong in our own skin again. You do not need to pause your life to start your fitness journey; you just need to weave it into the life you already have.
