Hands-on Physiotherapy & Functional Movement
I’m Nisha, and I believe movement is medicine. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to build functional strength, my approach is simple, hands-on, and entirely free of electrical machines.
I specialize in helping clients regain mobility and functional strength after an injury. Here, I'm using manual therapy techniques for a malunion case, focusing on restoring movement from the core all the way to the hand.
For clients recovering from a stroke, early and consistent neuro-physiotherapy at home is key. I focus on re-educating primary movement patterns to help overcome paralysis and regain coordination, making daily life easier.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients feel stronger. This is Suresh, sharing in his own words how our sessions helped improve his health, manage his BP and sugar levels, and bring back energy to his daily life.
Recovering from a total knee replacement requires dedicated support. I provide at-home physiotherapy sessions to guide patients through the crucial early stages of rehabilitation, helping them stand, walk, and regain independence safely.
I design strength and conditioning programs for athletes to boost performance and prevent injuries. This includes dynamic exercises using stability balls, resistance bands, and weights to build sport-specific power and agility.
I believe in practicing what I preach. Here I am at 35 weeks pregnant, using my own exercise therapy methods to stay active and prepare my body for childbirth. Movement is truly magic at every stage of life.
Welcome to my clinic. I designed this space specifically for exercise-based therapy, free from electrical gadgets. It's a place where we use movement, simple tools, and focused effort to help you heal and get stronger.
Exercise is a lifestyle, no matter your age. Even for newborns, "tummy time" is a vital physical activity that strengthens neck and back muscles, aids digestion, and helps them reach developmental milestones like rolling over sooner.
About Featured
My clinic is different because we don't rely on passive electrical machines. When you come in for a session, we focus on manual therapy and active exercise techniques—think resistance bands, stability balls, and functional movement—to get you stronger from the inside out.
I started this practice because I believe exercise is a lifestyle, not just a quick fix. My approach combines physiotherapy with fitness coaching to ensure that whether you are a stroke survivor regaining coordination, an athlete working on biomechanics, or a new mom focusing on postpartum recovery, you get personalized attention.
I do not use TENS or Ultrasound machines. Instead, we use manual mobilisation, Kinesiology taping, and guided strength training. This ensures your body learns to move correctly on its own, building lasting resilience.
Whether it is post-operative rehabilitation for knee replacements, sports injury management, or simply correcting posture for desk-bound professionals in Bangalore, my sessions are designed to be practical. I work out of our studios in Padmanabhanagar, Anjanapura, and Chamarajpet. For those who cannot travel, particularly patients recovering from stroke or surgery, I also conduct home-visit rehabilitation across the city. We believe in swalpa (a little) effort today for a stronger tomorrow.

I’m Nisha, a physiotherapist and fitness coach, and movement is my magic. I run Body Edit, where we swap passive machines for real sweat and effort, helping everyone from newborns needing tummy time to athletes aiming for peak performance. I’m just as passionate about my own fitness journey—even through my pregnancy—as I am about supporting my tribe.
