Conducting an ergonomic training and physical wellness session for the employees of Syngene. We focused on simple stretches and posture corrections that can be done at the desk to combat the effects of sitting all day.

Whether it is teaching your team how to fix their posture to avoid carpal tunnel or showing badminton players how to prevent knee injuries, I demonstrate movements that fit into your actual routine, not a hypothetical one.
When I step into an office or a community space, my goal is to strip away the confusion around fitness. We often complicate exercise, but true wellness is about movement you can sustain.

We talk about how simple stretches can combat the stiffness that comes from staring at a screen for eight hours a day.
Community & Sports Wellness
Beyond the office, I am deeply involved in community health. From conducting sessions for residents at Anand Apartments to teaching injury prevention to the young athletes at Arise Badminton Academy, I love sharing what I know. For me, it is about busting myths. Many people think they need expensive gym gear to stay fit, but that is rarely true. It is about understanding your biomechanics.
