About My Life as a Coach
People often ask how I stay consistent as a mom and a coach. The truth is, my 4:30 AM wake-up isn't about being perfect, it is about protecting my time. Whether it is prepping my meals, fitting in my training, or jumping on client calls at MyHealthBuddy, my routine is designed to be sustainable. I do not follow crash diets and I do not believe in punishing my body; I believe in showing up for myself so I can show up for you.
You might see the highlight reels of gym selfies and workout videos, but this is the real work that goes into my 1:1 online fitness coaching. I have been where you are, stuck at 90kg and frustrated, so I know that the hardest part is not the workout itself—it is building the habit.
How I Help You
My approach is built on simplicity. I do not give you complicated fitness jargon or restrictive meal plans that you cannot follow at home. Instead, I help you integrate strength training and healthy eating into your busy schedule. We work on:
- Consistency over Intensity: You do not need to be extreme to see results. You just need to keep showing up.
- Ghar Ka Khana: I teach you how to fuel your body with the food you already eat. No separate 'diet' food drama.
- Real Accountability: As your coach, I am your partner. We track steps, sleep, and protein intake together through daily check-ins.

Distance does not stop us from hitting your goals. Through video calls and app-based tracking, I guide your form, correct your posture, and help you navigate plateaus. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, postpartum recovery, or just trying to get stronger, we find a way to make it work.
