About My Life as a Coach

People often ask how I stay consistent as a mom and a coach. The truth is, my 4:30 AM wake-up isn't about being perfect, it is about protecting my time. Whether it is prepping my meals, fitting in my training, or jumping on client calls at MyHealthBuddy, my routine is designed to be sustainable. I do not follow crash diets and I do not believe in punishing my body; I believe in showing up for myself so I can show up for you.
