I combine clinical physiotherapy with mindful Pilates to help you resolve pain at the root. Whether you need prenatal support, postnatal recovery, or relief from chronic pain, my approach focuses on mechanics, not just movement.

I guide expecting mothers through safe and effective prenatal Pilates on the reformer. This specialized equipment provides support while challenging the body, helping to build core strength, improve posture, and prepare for labor with controlled, mindful movements.
