About this collection
People see the fitness coach, but the reality is usually GRWM (Get Ready With Me) with toys on the floor and endless negotiations with a toddler. I share this side of my life so you know that my training methods aren't built on perfection or gym culture, but on the messy, tired, rewarding reality of parenting while trying to reclaim my own strength.
My approach to fitness was born out of necessity. When I was stuck at 75kg after having my daughter, I didn't need a drill sergeant; I needed someone who understood why I was so tired.
My 81-year-old Nani is my biggest fitness inspiration. Watching her climb stairs without pain or do chores on her own reminds me that fitness isn't about gym equipment—it is about staying active for the long haul. That is the philosophy I bring to my studio in Noida Sector 33 and my online coaching. We don't do crazy crash diets or high-pressure 'snapback' culture here. Whether we are doing Zumba, strength training with desi gada, or focusing on diastasis recti recovery, it is all designed for a body that has gone through the miracle of childbirth.
From Sunday nights spent soothing a toddler to the joyful moments of her learning to dance, my life is exactly like yours. I believe if you can manage your home, your work, and your little one, you already have the discipline to get fit. You just need the right plan that respects your reality.

I’m a mom first and a coach second, living the same sleepless, chaotic, and beautiful life you are. When I'm not in my Noida studio, I'm busy negotiating with my toddler, because I believe fitness should fit into your life, not the other way around.
