Fitness shouldn't feel like punishment. Whether you are navigating a busy work week, healing from an injury, or just trying to stay consistent, I am here to make movement doable. No fads, just functional training that actually fits your life.

Too tired for a full workout? I get it. Here are three of my favorite full-body exercises for days when you're short on time but still want to get a solid session in. We'll do a burpee to dumbbell thruster for power, kettlebell swing to reverse lunge for balance, and a bear crawl to renegade row to unleash your inner beast.

Can you train on your period? The answer is: listen to your body. Some days, gentle movement helps with cramps, and other days, resting is what you need. I help you understand your cycle so you can train smarter, not just harder, through every phase.

This is me, bloated during ovulation. It's completely normal, and it's important to see the reality behind the filtered fitness world. Your body will fluctuate, and my coaching is about embracing the process and focusing on consistent, healthy habits, not chasing a perfect body 24/7.
