Real Strength Coaching for Real Bodies
Fitness shouldn't feel like punishment. Whether you are navigating a busy work week, healing from an injury, or just trying to stay consistent, I am here to make movement doable. No fads, just functional training that actually fits your life.
Too tired for a full workout? I get it. Here are three of my favorite full-body exercises for days when you're short on time but still want to get a solid session in. We'll do a burpee to dumbbell thruster for power, kettlebell swing to reverse lunge for balance, and a bear crawl to renegade row to unleash your inner beast.
Can you train on your period? The answer is: listen to your body. Some days, gentle movement helps with cramps, and other days, resting is what you need. I help you understand your cycle so you can train smarter, not just harder, through every phase.
This is me, bloated during ovulation. It's completely normal, and it's important to see the reality behind the filtered fitness world. Your body will fluctuate, and my coaching is about embracing the process and focusing on consistent, healthy habits, not chasing a perfect body 24/7.
This is what it's all about. A client of mine working towards her goal of a full push-up, even while managing a neck strain. A good coach makes your goal their own, and I'm here to create a safe plan to help you get stronger, injury or not.
When your 70kg "child" challenges your core strength, you show up. This is what functional fitness looks like. It's about building a strong, stable core that can handle anything life, or a playful gym buddy, throws at you.
Fitness is better with people who lift you higher, literally. Here I am with a friend and fellow yogi, showing how partner work can improve flexibility and strength. It’s all about supporting each other and having fun.
Every rep, every step, every drop of sweat is a choice to become stronger. This is your reminder that strength is built one day at a time. Whether it's box jumps, planks, or running on the treadmill, we train with purpose.
About this collection
If you are tired of generic gym plans, let’s talk about your actual routine. Whether we are incorporating Pilates for mobility or functional HIIT to build real stamina, my sessions at Maxburn Fitness are built around your current energy levels, not a rigid checklist.
Fitness is often sold as a race to look a certain way, but that is not my game. Whether you are walking into Maxburn Fitness in Koramangala for your first 60-minute session or you are a regular looking to refine your form, my focus is on functional strength. We use battle ropes, weights, and controlled movements to build a body that actually works for you in real life.
I know that consistency is hard. Life gets messy, days are long, and sometimes your body just needs a break. That is why I do not believe in cookie-cutter plans. If you are training during your period, recovering from a shoulder strain, or just battling the afternoon slump, we adjust the session. We use cycle-synced training principles so you know when to push for a personal best and when to prioritize mobility and recovery.
My coaching is not about hustle culture. It is about showing up for yourself in a way that is sustainable. If you are looking for quick, 30-minute routines that fit into a busy schedule or specialized rehab to get you back to the activities you love, let's connect. No magic, no gimmicks, just movement that fits your life.
