Functional strength training and sustainable fitness coaching
I don't believe in quick fixes. This is my approach to fitness: building real strength, prioritizing form, and creating habits that last a lifetime.
This is what I mean by functional strength. It’s not just about lifting heavy, it’s about controlling your own bodyweight through space. Here, I'm using parallettes to perform L-sits and push-ups, which build incredible core stability, shoulder strength, and overall body control.
This is why I do what I do. Witnessing a client's transformation is the ultimate reward. This strong mama lost 23kgs by building sustainable habits around her new life, proving that with the right plan and mindset, you can achieve your goals without sacrificing your well-being.
Technique is everything. This is a segmented clean deadlift, an advanced lift I use to build explosive power and full-body resiliency. By pausing at different stages, we increase time under tension, which strengthens the specific positions needed for a powerful and safe clean.
Your body is a direct reflection of your habits and priorities. For me, fitness is an art form and a physical win achieved daily through lifting, moving well, and proper rest. This is the result of respecting your body.
Your fitness and safety are my top priorities. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), one of the most respected certifications in the industry. This ensures my methods are based on proven science for effective and injury-free training.
A simple and effective full-body workout is a staple of my programs. This circuit combines dumbbell thrusters, renegade rows, goblet squats, and RDLs to build strength, endurance, and coordination using just a pair of dumbbells.
Mobility is non-negotiable for long-term fitness. The Cossack squat is a fantastic drill for improving hip and knee health. Here, I'm adding a kettlebell to challenge my stability and build strength through a deep range of motion.
Fitness is more than the gym; it's about connecting with yourself and the world around you. I believe that to be more alive, you have to live every moment. Finding peace in nature is just as important as the physical work.

Where We Train
For those in Bangalore, we conduct in-person sessions at Cult Gym in BTM Layout. This facility allows us to utilize professional-grade rigs, dumbbells, and space for mobility work. If you are outside Bangalore or prefer a flexible schedule, I offer remote aesthetic and strength coaching. This includes video form reviews, structured weekly splits, and nutritional frameworks tailored to your specific goals, whether that is fat loss or building muscle.
