Yoga and Physical Development for Preschoolers

Our yoga sessions go beyond simple flexibility. We use 'animal poses'—like lions and frogs—to make Suryanamaskar engaging for toddlers, helping them build focus and body awareness in a way that feels like pure play, not a rigid exercise class.

Physical activity is a core pillar of our Montessori approach at Evolve. We believe that when children are physically confident, they are more ready to engage with the world around them. Our 'Active Bodies, Calm Minds' program is designed to develop gross motor skills, coordination, and mindfulness from a young age.

How We Move

We partner with external experts like Rhythm and Rhymes to bring structured gymnastics into our weekly routine, ensuring children get the right guidance for their developmental stage. Whether it is our annual Sports Day, which emphasizes participation over competition, or daily yoga in our Chamrajpet and Basavanagudi centers, the goal is always the same: getting children comfortable and happy in their own skin.
