About this collection

I don't run these classes like a strict gym session. We use props, games, and playful flows to teach your child mindfulness and body awareness, which means they actually look forward to showing up, rather than viewing it as another chore.

In a world where screen time often replaces active play, my goal is to help children reclaim their natural energy. These sessions are specifically designed for young, developing bodies, moving away from repetitive drills to focus on functional growth.

What We Work On

  • Mindful Movement: Through poses like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) or Bakasana (Crow Pose), children learn balance and focus. This isn't just about flexibility; it’s about learning to center the mind.
  • Playful Strength: We use body weight, resistance bands, and fun activities like hula hoops to build coordination and muscle tone. It’s strength training disguised as play.
  • Discipline & Emotional Regulation: Yoga serves as a physical outlet, helping kids manage impulsivity and stress, providing them with tools for concentration that help in the classroom and beyond.

How It Works

Every child is different. I customize the flow based on their specific energy levels and needs. Whether you prefer in-person sessions at your home in Bengaluru or private training at my Jigani studio, I ensure the environment is supportive and safe. We focus on building a relationship with movement that lasts a lifetime, moving far away from the culture of quick fixes and sedentary lifestyles.
