You might be used to seeing pregnancy yoga portrayed as merely gentle stretching, but our approach here is structural. We utilize chairs, bolsters, and straps to ensure your spine remains decompressed and your abdomen relaxed, not compressed. It is about understanding the mechanical shifts in your body during each trimester and adjusting your practice accordingly, rather than following a generic routine.
Our prenatal practice is grounded in the science of Hatha Yoga. We do not offer 'selfie yoga' or casual sequences. Instead, we break down postures like Upavistha Konasana (seated wide-angle pose) with specific modifications to accommodate your growing belly, ensuring the abdominal region remains soft and free from pressure.
Why Props Matter in Pregnancy
During pregnancy, your center of gravity and flexibility levels fluctuate rapidly. Using wall ropes, chairs, and chairs for support allows you to:

Classes are held at our Koramangala studio, featuring a disciplined environment where the focus remains entirely on your individual needs. Sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Whether you are prepping for labor or looking to regain strength after birth, the practice provides a dedicated space for your physical and mental health.
