We focus on three core areas:
- Physical Preparation: We work on hip opening, back pain management, and pelvic floor strengthening to prepare your body for labor.
- Mental Well-being: Through Garbha Sanskar and focused breathwork, we create a calm space to connect with your baby and alleviate pregnancy-related anxiety.
- Postnatal Recovery: After delivery, we gently rebuild your core strength, ensuring you can tackle the demands of motherhood with confidence.
Practical Details
I conduct classes in small, intimate cohorts of 6 to 10 mothers. This allows me to provide personal physical adjustments, which is crucial for safety.
- In-Studio: My Yeshwanthpur studio provides a serene environment with all the necessary props like bolsters and straps. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with slots at 9:30 AM or 6:30 PM.
- Online: If you cannot reach the studio, I offer live, two-way interactive Zoom sessions that follow the exact same curriculum. I can provide verbal corrections in real-time, ensuring you practice safely from your own home.
Whether you are in Bangalore or connecting from overseas, my classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible. You are not just joining a class; you are becoming part of our San Yoga family, where we celebrate motherhood and support each other through every stage.
