My Yoga Journey
I’m Neelam Kumari – coder, meditator, and yoga teacher who’s found the magic in falling, laughing, and getting back up. Yoga with me isn’t about looking perfect; it’s about feeling real, finding balance, and connecting with yourself. I mix tech, tradition, and a little bit of masti (fun) into every class.
What Classes Feel Like
- Online classes on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. We vibe as a community of online yogis – sharing stories, cheering each other on.
- In-person sessions mostly in Bengaluru, sometimes Mumbai. We meet in studios or parks, and the energy of flowing together just hits different.
How We Practice
- Always start with the basics. I break down alignment, breath, and movement so it makes sense, even if you’re a newbie.
- Guided pranayama sessions are a regular thing; breathing is the engine of our flow.
- Dynamic ashtanga vinyasa practice for those who want to challenge their bodies and minds.
- Sessions for joint health and gentle, beginner friendly yoga classes – I promise, no one gets left behind.
- Couples often join; yoga for couples is a favorite, because honestly, yoga together builds a real bond.
More Than Just Asanas
We explore meditation, full moon flows, and sometimes host satsangs to connect deeper. My classes are a mix of effort, surrender, and yes, a bit of fun. Whatever your reason – back pain, flexibility, or just curiosity – you’ll find space here.

My Story
Namaste! I’m Neelam - part-coder, part-yogi, always juggling both sides of me. My husband Santa and I are that couple who’ll try wild acro yoga moves and laugh when we flop. Our wedding even had Surya Namaskars mixed with Lungi Dance. Now with our little Vaibhav, life’s a new adventure. For me, it’s all about finding moments to breathe, laugh, and just be – sometimes upside down, sometimes not.

Yoga & Meditation Classes - I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Acro Yoga for couples, pranayama, and playful meditation sessions online and offline.
Fun, Foundational Approach - My classes focus on breathing, alignment, and playful attempts - falling and trying again is totally normal here.
For All Levels - Beginners, advanced folks, or anyone wanting gentle movement or Kapotasana progression - bring your energy.
