About Our Community's Journey: Client Stories

I watch your screen during live Zoom sessions to offer real-time verbal cues and posture corrections, just like I would in a physical studio. It is how my students in Bangalore, Goa, and LA stay safe and keep improving, even when we are miles apart. You are never just a face on a grid in my classes.

Whether you are dealing with a stressful work schedule, recovering from an injury, or simply trying to get back into fitness, the stories you see here are a window into what is possible. My students range from ultra-runners looking to improve mobility to desk workers using chair yoga to manage long hours at their computers.

If you are worried about your form, do not be. Many of the people you see here started as complete beginners who were nervous about getting the poses right. We use props like chairs, blocks, and straps to make sure every pose fits your body, not the other way around. My sessions focus on anatomy and accessibility so you can build a sustainable practice that serves you for years.

I offer both live online sessions, complete with 48-hour recording backups for when life gets in the way, and in-person studio classes in Bangalore. You do not need to be perfect to start. You just need to show up.
