I don’t ask you to force your body. Instead, I adapt yoga to you. We use props like chairs, belts, and blocks – not as crutches, but as tools to get the alignment and support right from the start. Whether you’re just starting out or need extra help, you’ll find ways to move safely and with confidence.

Yoga was just exercise for me, till I saw it’s about healing the whole person - mind, body, all of it. Vedas say life should be balanced, and I truly believe yoga is for everyone, no matter how tough it looks. If an asana feels impossible, I’ll show you the easy way. We heal together, no drama.
