See the grind behind the gains. From national-level lifting to community-led strength sessions, this is what happens when you commit to the work at Barbellhouse.

This is what it takes. The focus, the grind, the final push. As a professional weightlifter, I don't just teach the movements, I live them. This is the standard we chase every day.

Strength is for everyone. Here, we see one of our members hitting her personal best on the bench press, with the whole crew cheering her on. We build strong women and a community that lifts each other up.

A 205kg back squat is a massive achievement, built on trust and technique. I'm always right there to spot, guide, and ensure every heavy lift is a safe lift. Your goals are my goals.

It's not just about barbells. We build real world strength with a variety of tools, from sled pushes that build raw power to battle ropes for conditioning. This is functional strength training.

It's never too early to build a foundation of strength. We provide sports specific training for young athletes, like these badminton players, focusing on proper movement, speed, and injury prevention.

Training hard is only half the battle. Our active recovery days are crucial, but they are never boring. We use games and drills like these cone sprints to improve agility and keep the energy high.

This silver medal at the State Weightlifting Championship is a result of years of dedication. I bring this competitive experience and knowledge to every person who trains at Barbellhouse. Jai Hanuman.

About Featured

Every movement you see here is coached with a form-first philosophy. Whether you are lifting heavy or starting with PVC pipes, I monitor every set to ensure your progress is injury-free and technically sound. It is not about ego lifts; it is about mastering the mechanics before adding the weight.

At Barbellhouse, strength and conditioning is not about quick fixes. It is about a consistent, long-term approach to performance.

The Training Philosophy

My approach is built on the 'You vs You' mantra. I spent years grinding through financial and personal setbacks as a weightlifter, and I know that the hardest fight happens in your own head. Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched a barbell or an athlete preparing for sport-specific competition, the intensity remains the same.

What We Do

  • Olympic Weightlifting: As a professional lifter, I teach the Snatch and Clean & Jerk from the ground up. We start with technical work using pipes before we ever load a plate.
  • Functional Strength: We use everything from kettlebells and sleds to battle ropes to build real-world power that transfers outside the gym.
  • Active Recovery: You cannot train hard if you do not recover smart. Our Thursday sessions are dedicated to mobility, foam rolling, and corrective movements to keep your body resilient.

Our Facility in RR Nagar

We train in a 5000 sq. ft. industrial space equipped with competition-grade Bullrock barbells and bumper plates. It is raw, it is loud, and the energy is authentic. If you are looking for a commercial gym with AC and mirrors, this is not it. If you are looking to become stronger, faster, and more disciplined, Banni—come join the pack.

I started lifting at 22, facing plenty of doubt, so I know the grind it takes to build real strength. Barbellhouse is the space I wish I had back then—a place where ego stays at the door and hard work is the only currency. If you are ready to show up for yourself, you belong here.
